A little about me

My name is Lisa White. I was born and raised in Montana and totally love the beauty and freshness of of our state. My husband and I raised a wonderful family here and are now blessed with grandchildren. Healthy living is important to me and my family - physically, mentally and spiritually.

As a Registered Nurse, certified in Obstetrics, I strive to learn, grow, and share how to live healthy to others. I love being a nurse, a Christian, a wife, mother, and grandmother. I love to fish, kayak, garden (except for all the weed pulling), sit by an evening fire, hot tub, and watch the satellites, meteors, and stars in the night sky. My latest love is making wholesome bath bombs just for you.

Why bath bombs?
As a front-line worker, a Registered Nurse certified in Obstetrics, the pandemic of Covid was hard. Although our unit did not have the ventilated patients like in ICU and ER, nor was a sea of Covid patients like on Medical, we felt the ripple effects and went to help the other units and staff. Tensions were high, many medical professionals changed careers, extra hours were worked to keep patients safe and well cared for, and self-care was taught more than ever. I started early morning walks and set aside more time to just enjoy a warm, soothing bath.
I have been making bath bombs since about 2019. I gave them away to family and friends. I loved taking the time to make something for them that they really enjoyed. Confession: I wasn't a bath bomb person. It wasn't until during the pandemic, after a tough shift, that I used one of my own hand-made bath bombs. Oh My Goodness!!!! No wonder family and friends loved them so much!! Not only was it a nice relaxing bath, my skin was so soft after!
I would like to share this amazement with you. Each bath bomb is made with wholesome ingredients. Making each one by hand adds character, love, and uniqueness into each bath bomb. So light some candles, draw up a warm bath, pour a glass of wine, and totally enjoy.
God Bless.
